As you probably know, I am a HUGE fan of tea, and I have been known to consume 6 to 10 cups of tea a day! Tea is so delicious with so many different types that there is truly a tea for every taste and occasion (see a Tea for Every Occasion coming soon!). Everyone has heard the rumors that tea is good for you, but many people don’t know the specific, direct health benefits that tea has on your body and mind. To best enjoy the benefits of tea, it should be enjoyed unsweetened and freshly brewed without any preservatives. Unlike many gimmicky "health conscious" drinks, tea is all natural, and the health benefits it provides have been extensively backed up by scientific research.
